Cavatelli From Scratch: a tasty & probably messy evening

Pull up your sleeves and come ready to - most likely - get messy for an evening of hands on fun we’ve planned for you with flour, water, pasta and wine!

The dinner workshop will be led by our From-Scratch-Obsessed Executive Chef Rory Lee, whom we owe our seasonal tasty & colorful Cavatelli dishes too! He loves researching and experimenting all things flour & water and educating us all on how wonderful making ingredients from scratch are simple… and so much tastier. Needless to say he’s been spoiling us all at Midnight Morning!

In this 90-minute session we’ll start with sipping wine, thoughtfully paired with the Owner, Virginia while Chef Rory will get us started mixing flour, making dough, and hand rolling out the cutest, easiest pasta shapes ever - the Cavatelli. Then, we’ll finish with eating a delicious plate of our current signature dishes: Eggplant Ragu Ricotta Cavatelli and more of course a little more wine. At the end of the night, you will go home full and with all the information and recipes for making Cavatelli at home! You will even be able to take your first batch of dough to be shaped with your very own Italian Beechwood pasta board, included in your ticket.
